I entered the real estate business as a sales associate in February, 1980 while going to college in Harrison at North Arkansas College. I have been broker and owner of my own business since March, 1990. I became associated with Coldwell Banker by purchasing the franchise and operating business of Coldwell Banker Benchmark Realty in July, 1994. I then changed the name to Homestead Realty and relocated the office to its present location in July, 1995. I hold the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. Also I am a past president for the Harrison District Board of Realtors and currently serve on their board of directors.
